Field Superintendent
AJ Duprez serves as Field Superintendent at PGR Mechanical Contractors, Inc., bringing more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began early, and over two decades he has developed extensive expertise across a wide range of HVAC and construction projects throughout Southwest Florida, from small jobs to large-scale builds.
AJ's primary focus is commercial work, where he oversees project execution from start to finish, coordinating with crews and clients to ensure each job meets PGR's standards for quality, safety, and timeliness. His hands-on experience in the field allows him to anticipate challenges before they arise and keep projects moving efficiently. Outside of work, AJ is a father and grandfather who enjoys spending time with family and taking on building projects of his own.
