Our Projects

Current & Recently Completed Projects

A look at some of the new construction and mechanical buildout projects we're currently working on — and a few we've recently completed — across Southwest Florida.

By the Sea

Sanibel, FL • General Contractor: Benchmark

This project is new construction for a three-building beachfront condominium community on Sanibel Island. Our scope covers the full mechanical build-out for all three buildings, including individual cooling systems for each residence, protective coastal-grade coatings on all outdoor equipment to stand up to the salt air, and a complete exhaust ventilation system throughout the property.

Work includes engineered equipment stands built to withstand coastal wind loads, roof penetrations and refrigerant piping runs to each unit, and dryer vent terminations routed to the building exterior. As with any beachfront build, durability and proper protection against the marine environment are a major focus of this scope.

Private Residence

Sanibel, FL • General Contractor: B Squared Contractors

This project is a full mechanical scope for a private residence in Sanibel, covering the installation of several individual cooling systems along with a dedicated fresh-air ventilation unit to support strong indoor air quality throughout the home.

Our team is installing new refrigerant piping and insulated ductwork, tying into the home's supply and return air system, and finishing with professional duct cleaning and system testing to make sure everything runs efficiently from day one.

Dental Office Buildout

Fort Myers, FL • General Contractor: Stultz Construction

This scope includes installing several heat pump split systems throughout the building along with a smaller mini split system to handle the office's cooling and heating needs. Our team is running new copper refrigerant piping, condensate drain lines, and secondary drain pans with overflow safety switches for each unit, along with hurricane anchoring on all outdoor equipment. We're also installing motorized dampers to control outside air intake and duct-mounted detectors at each air handler as part of the building's overall air quality and safety systems.

The project also includes a full ventilation package, several ceiling exhaust fans and a roof-mounted exhaust fan, paired with roof vents and a wall louver for proper airflow. We're installing dozens of supply and return air grilles throughout the space, along with fully insulated ductwork for supply, return, exhaust, and outside air.

Boca Grande Island School Addition — Phase 2

Boca Grande, FL • General Contractor: Stevens Construction Inc.

PGR recently completed Phase 2 of a school addition project on Boca Grande Island. The scope began with removing outdated equipment and ductwork, followed by installing several new, appropriately sized cooling systems to serve the new classroom space.

Because of the building's coastal location, we applied protective coatings to all new outdoor equipment and ran new piping, controls, and thermostats throughout. We also added motorized outside air dampers and fully insulated ductwork tied into the classroom trunk lines.
